I work as an Organizational Alignment Strategist, helping leaders examine how culture, communication, and performance intersect across their organizations. My work is grounded in a multigenerational lens, recognizing how differing expectations, experiences, and communication styles influence decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and day-to-day operations.
I focus on how leadership choices, organizational systems, and everyday practices shape employee experience and organizational outcomes. When alignment breaks down, the impact isn’t abstract—it shows up in morale, turnover, productivity, and trust. My role is to help leaders identify where misalignment exists and create clarity where things feel “off” but hard to name.
My work is guided by values centered on clarity, integrity, and responsible leadership. In practice, I challenge leaders to rethink how they communicate, how their processes support people, and how decisions are made—so organizations can perform effectively without eroding the humans doing the work.
As the founder of POEE Coaching & Consulting LLC, I partner with leaders across corporate, nonprofit, government, and mission-driven organizations, as well as founder-led and professional service environments. This range allows me to work at the intersection of structure and humanity, helping organizations navigate complexity with intention and consistency.
I hold a Master’s degree in Legal Studies from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. This background strengthens my ability to interpret policy, governance considerations, and compliance-related dynamics—informing how I facilitate conversations, training, and alignment work without operating in a legal advisory capacity.
Outside of my work, I prioritize balance through meditation, travel, and time with family and friends. I believe sustainable work cultures are built by people who value perspective, clarity, and the ability to stay grounded while doing meaningful work.
